For elementary classroom teachers

Ready before the bell.

Bellready lays out your year from the curriculum you already teach, then puts today's schedule, learning target, and timer up on the board. One app, from Sunday night to 3:15.

How it works

Planning, teaching, and the after-school pile, finally in one place.

Most teachers juggle a planner, Google Slides, a timer site, a sub folder, and sticky notes. Bellready follows your plan through the whole day.

Sun7:30 pm

Plan the week in 20 minutes

Your units are already laid out on the year. Drag lessons into the week around music, PE, and the assembly nobody told you about.

9:30am

Teach straight from the plan

Tap Teach and today's lesson goes up on the board with its learning target, timer, and video. No slide deck to build first.

3:15pm

Close the loop in two taps

Mark how the lesson landed and flag who needs another pass. Didn't finish? Bump it to tomorrow in one tap.

Your whole year

See the year on one wall.

Runway puts every unit for every subject on one timeline across your school year. Spot the November crunch in September, not in November.

  • Grade 5 units load from your curriculum; add your own for anything else
  • Drag a unit to re-pace the rest of the year
  • Import your school's iCal calendar and mark non-teaching days

Your week

Fire drill ate your math block? Bump it.

Real weeks don't go to plan. One tap bumps a lesson to the next day, or pushes a whole day forward. Changed your mind? Undo.

  • Drag and drop lessons anywhere in the week
  • Specials and lunch on your daily schedule
  • A day view with every block, start to finish

Lesson materials

The worksheet is done before the copier line is.

Describe the lesson in one line, or drop in the PDF or Word doc you already have. Bellready drafts the lesson and materials for your grade and standards. You edit, approve, and teach.

  • Worksheets, exit tickets, vocabulary lists, and slides
  • Upload a file a colleague emailed you and turn it into a lesson
  • Save lessons from ilclassroom.com with the Bellready Clipper
  • Standards progress tracked across the year

Sub plans

Woke up sick? Your sub plans are a tap away.

Bellready builds a sub plan from the day's schedule and lessons. Send your sub a link. It opens on their phone with no login and no folder hunt.

  • Schedule and lessons in teaching order
  • Your notes on who needs a hand, written ahead of time
  • Plan ahead for a known absence, or make it in one tap from bed
  • Shared links are read-only and expire on their own

Your kids

Know who needs another pass before Friday.

Groups for math, reading, and centers live next to your lessons. After a lesson, flag who needs a revisit and pull them into a focus group so nobody slips through.

  • Paste your class list once, then build groups
  • Student flags and focus groups for a quick reteach
  • Draft parent messages in your own voice. Student names are never sent to the AI.

Built for privacy

First names only. Your students never sign in.

Student data is limited to what you enter: first names, plus optional notes and flags. Bellready never asks for last names, student IDs, photos, or parent contact info.

A day with Bellready

Picture a Monday morning.

The copier line is already four deep. You open Bellready on the classroom computer, and the morning message, today's schedule, and the math target go up on the board before the first kid walks in.

At 3:15 you mark how math went, flag two kids for a revisit, and bump the science lab to Tuesday. Then you go home.

An illustrative day, not a customer quote.

Questions teachers ask us

Do I need my district's permission?

Every district is different, so check your local rules. Bellready only stores what you type in: first names, plus any optional notes or flags. Students never sign in. Our student data privacy page is written so you can forward it to your tech office.

Does it work on my classroom board?

Yes. Open bellready.app in the board's browser, or on the laptop connected to your projector. Anything with a modern browser works, including SMART Boards, Promethean panels, and Chromebooks.

What grades and curricula are covered?

Bellready is built for grade 5 first, with more grades coming. Grade 5 units are ready to go for Illustrative Mathematics, FOSS Next Generation, and TCI Social Studies Alive!, plus ARC Core unit names. Teaching something else? Add your own units in a few minutes and everything else works the same, and tell us what you use.

Is the AI going to write my lessons for me?

It drafts. You decide. Lessons and materials come back as editable drafts, and you choose what to keep, change, or toss.

What happens to my plans at the end of the year?

They stay in your library for next year. You can also export all of your data, or delete your account, from Settings at any time.

Put the classroom screen up tomorrow morning. Plan your week this Sunday.
