Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bellready (bellready.app), operated by Titus Digital LLC, a Washington State company ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Bellready, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you don't agree, please don't use Bellready.

• Bellready is for teachers and other school staff who are at least 18 years old.
• Students do not create accounts or use Bellready directly.
• If you use Bellready on behalf of a school or district, you confirm you are allowed to do so under its policies.

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in to your Bellready account. Let us know right away at hello@bellready.app if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

You are responsible for making sure you have the authority to enter student information into Bellready under your school's or district's policies.

For student information, we act as a "school official" under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We process student data only under the direction of the teacher and school, and only to provide Bellready. We never sell student data or use it for advertising. Details are in our Student Data Privacy page and Privacy Policy.

When you create a substitute share link, anyone with the link can view what it contains until it expires or you revoke it. Choose what to include with care.

When using Bellready, please don't:

• Break the law or violate anyone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• Upload content you don't have the right to use
• Try to access another person's account or data
• Interfere with, overload, or try to break the security of the service
• Scrape, copy, or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product
• Use Bellready to harass anyone or to share harmful or inappropriate content

You (and your school, where applicable) own the content you put into Bellready, including your lessons, plans, notes, and student information.

You give us a limited license to host, store, copy, process, and display your content only as needed to provide and improve Bellready for you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which are overwritten on our providers' standard schedule.

Some Bellready features use AI to generate lessons, activities, messages, and other content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your students. You are responsible for reviewing anything generated before using it in class or sending it to families. Avoid entering student names or identifying details into free-text AI prompts.

Bellready references curriculum programs by name so teachers can organize their planning. Curriculum names and other third-party marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Bellready is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those owners.

Bellready currently offers a free plan. When paid plans launch, prices and features will be shown before you buy, and payments will be processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card number. Any additional terms for paid plans will be shown at purchase.

We work to keep Bellready useful and available, but we may change, add, or remove features over time. We may also have occasional downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We recommend keeping your own copies of important materials; you can download your data at any time from Settings → Download my data.

Bellready is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content (including AI-generated content or curriculum information) is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titus Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Bellready.

Our total liability for any claim related to Bellready is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You can stop using Bellready and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to download your data first.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Bellready after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
